Westwing Group SE: Veröffentlichung der Rocket Internet SE über einen vorsorglichen Befreiungsbescheid nach § 37 WpÜG München, 21. November 2025 Die Rocket Internet SE mit Sitz in Berlin, welche an der Westwing Group SE beteiligt ist, hat am 21. November 2025 veröffentlicht, dass die Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht auf entsprechenden Antrag der Rocket Internet SE hin diese vorsorglich gemäß § 37 WpÜG unter Auflagen davon befreit hat, bei einer möglichen Erreichung der Kontrollschwelle von 30% aufgrund etwaiger Einziehung von eigenen Aktien durch Westwing Group SE ein Pflichtangebot abzugeben.Die Details der Befreiung sowie die konkreten Auflagen finden sich hier: Link Kontakt: ir@westwing.de
