Westwing Group SE: Veröffentlichung der Rocket Internet SE, der Global Founders GmbH, der Rocata GmbH und der Zerena GmbH über einen vorsorglichen Befreiungsbescheid nach § 37 WpÜG Die Rocket Internet SE mit Sitz in Berlin, welche an der Westwing Group SE beteiligt ist, hat gemeinsam mit der Global Founders GmbH, der Rocata GmbH und der Zerena GmbH, jeweils mit Sitz in Oberhaching (zusammen die „Antragsteller”), am 30. Oktober 2026 bekannt gegeben, dass die Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht die Antragsteller auf deren gemeinsamen Antrag hin gemäß § 37 WpÜG unter Auflagen vorsorglich davon befreit hat, bei einer möglichen Erreichung der Kontrollschwelle von 30 % aufgrund etwaiger Einziehung von eigenen Aktien durch die Westwing Group SE ein Pflichtangebot abzugeben.
