EQS-Ad-hoc: Ströer SE & Co. KGaA / Schlagwort(e): Personalie Christian Schmalzl, Co-CEO des persönlich haftenden Gesellschafters der Ströer SE & Co. KGaA, hat den Aufsichtsratsvorsitzenden Christoph Vilanek und seinen Co-CEO Udo Müller heute informiert, dass er für eine Verlängerung seiner Amtszeit, die im Sommer 2028 ausläuft, aus persönlichen Gründen im Zusammenhang mit seiner Lebensplanung nicht mehr zur Verfügung stehen wird.
