Einstufung von Sphene Capital GmbH zu Surteco Group SE
Gewinnwarnung aufgrund externer Marktschwäche Surteco hat seine Prognose für das Geschäftsjahr 2025e nach unten korrigiert. So erwartet das Unternehmen nun einen Konzernumsatz in einer Bandbreite von EUR 810 bis 820 Mio., nachdem zuvor eine Spanne zwischen EUR 850 und 900 Mio. angesetzt worden war. Die Bandbreite für das adjustierte EBITDA verringert sich auf EUR 75 bis 80 Mio. (zuvor: EUR 85 bis 105 Mio.). Als Grund für die Prognoseanpassung nennt Surteco „überraschend dramatisch niedrige Umsatzerlöse“ nach vorläufigen November-Zahlen; insbesondere sei die Nachfrage – vor allem in Europa und den USA – schwächer ausgefallen als erwartet. Nach Überarbeitung unserer Umsatz- und Ertragsprognosen nehmen wir unser aus einem dreiphasigen DCF-Entity-Modell (Base-Case-Szenario) abgeleitetes Kursziel auf EUR 18,50 von EUR 25,00 je Aktie zurück und bestätigen angesichts einer von uns erwarteten Kursperformance von 57,4% unser Buy-Rating für die Aktien der Surteco Group SE.
