(dem direkten Mehrheitsaktionär von LM PAY S.A.) an JJCC Sp. z o.o., ein in Polen eingetragenes Unternehmen, verkauft. Die Änderungen der Anteilsverhältnisse wurden am 3. November 2025 im Aktionärsregister der Medical Finance Group S.A. eingetragen. Die Transaktion hat keinen Einfluss auf die Anzahl der im Umlauf befindlichen Aktien von LM PAY S.A. noch auf die operativen Geschäftstätigkeiten der Gesellschaft.
