EQS-Ad-hoc: A.H.T Syngas Technology N.V. / Schlagwort(e): Vorläufiges Ergebnis Bonn/Eindhoven, 23. April 2025 Die A.H.T. Syngas Technology N.V. („AHT“, ISIN NL0010872388, WKN A12AGY), hat heute die Zahlen für die deutsche Betriebsstätte veröffentlicht, die für das operative Geschäft des Konzerns steht. Auf Basis des HGB-Abschlusses ergibt sich für das Geschäftsjahr 2024 ein Umsatz von EUR 13,0 Mio. Ein Plus von rund EUR 0,9 Mio. gegenüber dem Vorjahreswert 2023. Gleichzeitig reduzierte sich das EBIT im Geschäftsjahr 2024 auf ca. EUR 50.000 nach rund EUR 1,0 Mio. im Vorjahr. Die Gesamtleistung 2024 stieg im Geschäftsjahr auf EUR 13,5 Mio. (2023: EUR 11,6 Mio.).
Das Unternehmen, das seinen Sitz in den Niederlanden hat, wird Ende Juni seinen testierten Konzernabschluss gemäß dem niederländischen Rechnungsstandard DUTCH GAAP veröffentlichen Für das laufende Geschäftsjahr 2025 erwartet AHT einen Umsatzrückgang auf ca.
