EQS-Ad-hoc: A.H.T Syngas Technology N.V. / Schlagwort(e): Kapitalerhöhung Der Vorstand der A.H.T. Syngas Technology N.V. ("A.H.T."), mit Sitz in Amsterdam, Niederlande, (ISIN NL0010872388, WKN A12AGY) hat auf Grundlage der Ermächtigung der Hauptversammlung vom 31. August 2021 eine Kapitalerhöhung unter Ausschluss des gesetzlichen Bezugsrechts der Aktionäre beschlossen. Im Wege einer Privatplatzierung sollen bis zu 100.000 neue Aktien zum Preis von 5,50 Euro pro Aktie ausgegeben werden.
Diese Kapitalerhöhung soll das Geschäft und die Handlungsmöglichkeiten der A.H.T. stärken, indem sie das Wachstum der Firma und die Finanzierung aktueller Projekte unterstützt. Dazu gehören der Aufbau des Contracting-Modells, die Vorbereitung von Biomasse-zu-Wasserstoff-Projekten sowie die Erschließung des wachsenden Marktes für grüne Gase wie Wasserstoff und CO2-freie Energieerzeugung.
