Aktienrückkauf: Bekanntmachung nach Artikel 5 Abs. 1 b) und Abs. 3 der Verordnung (EU) Nr.596/2014 Im Zeitraum vom 24. März 2025 bis einschließlich 28. März 2025 wurden 0 Aktien im Rahmen des Aktienrückkaufs erworben. Der Beginn des Aktienrückkaufs wurde mit Bekanntmachung vom 02. September 2024 gemäß Artikel 5 der Verordnung (EU) Nr. 596/2014 und gemäß Art. 2 Abs. 1 der delegierten Verordnung (EU)2016/1052 mitgeteilt. Die Gesamtzahl der im Zeitraum vom 24. März 2025 bis einschließlich 28. März 2025 täglich zurückgekauften Aktien, die Durchschnittskurse sowie das Volumen in Euro sind wie folgt:
Die Gesamtzahl der bislang im Rahmen des Aktienrückkaufs im Zeitraum vom 16. September 2024 bis einschließlich 28. März 2025 erworbenen Aktien beläuft sich auf 104.500 . Der Aktienrückkauf erfolgte durch die Baader Bank AG ausschließlich über die Börse.
