Novem Group S.A.: Veränderungen im Vorstand Luxemburg, 09. Oktober 2026 – Der Aufsichtsrat der Novem Group S.A. hat dem Antrag von Florian Sandner entsprochen, sein Amt als Chief Operating Officer (COO) vorzeitig und auf eigenen Wunsch niederzulegen. Seine bisherigen Verantwortungsbereiche werden auf die verbleibenden Vorstandsmitglieder verteilt. Der Aufsichtsrat der Novem Group S.A. bedauert die Entscheidung von Florian Sandner und spricht ihm seinen ausdrücklichen Dank für die erfolgreiche gemeinsame Zusammenarbeit in den letzten Jahren aus.
