Novem Group S.A.: Standortschließung Italien Luxemburg, 03. Dezember 2025 – Der Vorstand der Novem Group S.A. hat mit Zustimmung des Aufsichtsrats die Schließung des Standorts in Bergamo (Italien) beschlossen. Nachdem die dortige Produktion bereits Ende 2023 eingestellt und auf die europäischen Werke in Pilsen (Tschechische Republik) und Žalec (Slowenien) verlagert wurde, fungierte der Standort zuletzt als Vertriebsniederlassung mit drei Mitarbeitenden. Aufgrund der anhaltend schwachen Nachfrage vor Ort wurde die endgültige Schließung des Standorts zur Optimierung der Unternehmenskostenstruktur eingeleitet. Die Schließung des Standorts sowie die Einstellung des Geschäftsbetriebs werden bis Ende des Kalenderjahres 2025 umgesetzt. Die Betreuung der von der Schließung betroffenen Kunden beabsichtigt Novem künftig aus Vorbach (Deutschland) heraus abzubilden. Dabei stellt Novem sozialverträgliche Lösungen für die verbleibende Belegschaft sicher und wahrt die Servicequalität gegenüber den Kunden in Italien.
