Novem Group S.A.: Hauptversammlung stimmt allen Tagesordnungspunkten zu Luxemburg, 20. August 2026 – Die Aktionärinnen und Aktionäre der Novem Group S.A. stimmten mit großer Mehrheit allen Tagesordnungspunkten auf der heutigen Hauptversammlung zu. Insgesamt waren auf der Hauptversammlung 89,0% des stimmberechtigten Grundkapitals vertreten. In Übereinstimmung mit dem Vorschlag des Management Boards wird die Gruppe für das Geschäftsjahr 2025/26 keine Dividende ausschütten, da die vertraglichen Vereinbarungen des im April 2026 verlängerten Konsortialkredits bestimmte Bedingungen enthalten, unter anderem hinsichtlich der Ausschüttung von Dividenden während der Laufzeit der Kreditfazilitäten.
