Novem Group S.A.: Hauptversammlung stimmt allen Tagesordnungspunkten zu Luxemburg, 21. August 2025 – Die Aktionärinnen und Aktionäre der Novem Group S.A. stimmten auf der heutigen Hauptversammlung allen Tagesordnungspunkten mit großer Mehrheit zu. Insgesamt waren 85,7% des stimmberechtigten Grundkapitals auf der Hauptversammlung vertreten. Dem Vorschlag des Management Boards folgend, wird die Gruppe angesichts der fragilen Marktentwicklung für das Geschäftsjahr 2024/25 keine Dividende ausschütten. Die Abstimmungsergebnisse sind auf der Investor Relations Webseite unter Corporate Governance/Hauptversammlung verfügbar.
