EQS-Adhoc: Adler Group S.A. erhält verbindliche Zusagen für die Refinanzierung ihrer 1L Fazilität

EQS-Ad-hoc: Adler Group S.A. / Schlagwort(e): Finanzierung Veröffentlichung einer Insiderinformation gemäß Artikel 17 MAR der Verordnung (EU) Nr. 596/2014
Mit dem derzeit angenommenen Refinanzierungsvolumen von 1,2 Mrd. EUR und dem aktuellen Business Plan wird die Adler Group über die erwartete Laufzeit der 1L Fazilität rund 47 Mio. EUR an Zinskosten einsparen. Das Fälligkeitsdatum sowie alle anderen Konditionen der 1L Fazilität bleiben unverändert. Die Adler Group erwartet eine kontinuierliche Rückzahlung der 1L Fazilität aus den Erlösen laufender und zukünftiger Portfolio- und Asset-Verkäufe.
