Adler Group übergibt das Projekt Holsten Quartier an den Käufer
Das im Stadtteil Altona zentral gelegene Projekt mit einer Größe von rund 87.000 Quadratmetern wurde an ein Hamburger Konsortium bestehend aus Quantum und HanseMerkur Grundvermögen in Kooperation mit der SAGA und der Hamburger Sparkasse veräußert. Mit dem offiziellen Eigentumsübergang beginnt ein neues Kapitel für das ehemalige Brauereigelände in Hamburg-Altona. „Das Projekt Holsten Quartier zählt aufgrund seiner Größe und Lage zu den bedeutendsten Entwicklungen in unserem Portfolio. Wir freuen uns, dass auf dem Areal zeitnah dringend benötigter neuer Wohnraum in Hamburg entstehen wird. Für die partnerschaftliche und vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit mit dem Käufer und mit der Stadt Hamburg danken wir herzlich“ sagt Dr. Karl Reinitzhuber, CEO der Adler Group. „Auch diese Transaktion ist ein wichtiger Meilenstein auf dem Weg, uns künftig auf unseren Mietwohnungsbestand im attraktiven Berliner Markt zu konzentrieren und diesen weiterzuentwickeln.“
