Adler Group gibt den Verkauf des Entwicklungsprojekts Kaiserlei in Offenbach bekannt „Wir freuen uns über die erzielte Vereinbarung zwischen der Stadt Offenbach und der Wohnungsbaugesellschaft ABG, die eine schnelle Umsetzung des Projekts ermöglicht und somit eine nachhaltige und städtebaulich integrierte Entwicklung des Standorts sichert“, sagt Dr. Karl Reinitzhuber, CEO der Adler Group. „Diese Transaktion ist ein weiterer entscheidender Meilenstein auf dem Weg, uns künftig auf unseren Mietwohnungsbestand im attraktiven Berliner Markt zu konzentrieren und diesen weiterzuentwickeln.“ Gemäß dem angestrebten Baurecht sind über 1.100 Mietwohnungen, davon rund 23 Prozent geförderter Wohnraum, ein Wohnheim für über 350 Studierende sowie rund 4.200 Quadratmeter Büroflächen, eine Kindertagesstätte, ein Parkhaus, Fahrradstellplätze und ein Supermarkt geplant.
