Adler Group gibt den Verkauf des Entwicklungsprojekts Benrather Gärten in Düsseldorf bekannt Luxemburg/Berlin, 19. März 2026 – Die Adler Group S.A. („Adler Group“) hat heute die Übergabe des Entwicklungsprojekts Benrather Gärten bekanntgegeben. Damit sind Nutzen-Lasten-Wechsel und Eingang des Kaufpreises erfolgt. Das im südlichen Stadtteil Düsseldorf-Benrath gelegene Projekt mit einer Grundstücksfläche von rund 150.000 Quadratmetern wurde an den Projektentwickler Instone Real Estate veräußert. „Wir freuen uns, dass die Entwicklung des Quartiers im Rahmen eines nachhaltigen Konzepts durch Instone erfolgen wird“ sagt Dr. Karl Reinitzhuber, CEO der Adler Group. „Auch diese Transaktion ist ein wichtiger Meilenstein auf dem Weg, uns künftig auf unseren Mietwohnungsbestand im attraktiven Berliner Markt zu konzentrieren und diesen weiterzuentwickeln.“ Der Käufer plant auf dem Gelände eine nachhaltige Nutzungsmischung mit 800 bis 1.000 Wohnungen, sozialer Infrastruktur sowie Gewerbe- und Büroflächen.
