EQS-Ad-hoc: ZEAL Network SE / Schlagwort(e): Prognoseänderung ZEAL hebt Prognose an (Hamburg, 18. September 2025) Aufgrund einer verbesserten Lotterie-Bruttomarge und der positiven Entwicklung der Soziallotterie Traumhausverlosung erwartet die ZEAL Network SE für das Geschäftsjahr 2025 Umsatzerlöse und EBITDA oberhalb der im März 2025 veröffentlichten Prognose. In Abhängigkeit von den Rahmenbedingungen – insbesondere der weiteren Jackpot-Entwicklung – rechnet das Unternehmen für das Geschäftsjahr 2025 nunmehr mit Umsatzerlösen zwischen 205 Mio. Euro und 215 Mio. Euro (bisher: 195 Mio. Euro bis 205 Mio. Euro). Für das EBITDA erwartet ZEAL eine Bandbreite von 63 Mio. Euro bis 68 Mio. Euro (bisher: 55 Mio. Euro bis 60 Mio. Euro). Die Quartalsmitteilung zum 30. September 2025 wird am 5. November 2025 veröffentlicht. EBITDA bezeichnet das Periodenergebnis vor Abschreibungen, Finanzergebnis, Anteil am Ergebnis assoziierter Unternehmen und Steuern und damit das Ergebnis der operativen Geschäftstätigkeit von ZEAL.
