(Hamburg, 3. Juli 2025) Der Aufsichtsrat der ZEAL Network SE hat Dr. Stefan Tweraser mit Wirkung zum 15. September 2025 zum neuen Vorstandvorsitzenden bestellt. Er wird bereits am 25. August 2025 als Mitglied des Vorstands in das Unternehmen eintreten. Dr. Stefan Tweraser war zuletzt Chief Executive Officer der Rocket Factory Augsburg AG und verfügt über langjährige Führungserfahrung in internationalen Digital-, Technologie- und Beratungsunternehmen, unter anderem bei Google, Telekom Austria und McKinsey. Er folgt auf Dr. Helmut Becker, der sich im März 2025 entschieden hatte, seinen laufenden Vertrag nicht zu verlängern und in Zukunft eigenen unternehmerischen Tätigkeiten nachzugehen. Dr. Becker wird sein Amt zum 14. September 2025 niederlegen, dem Unternehmen aber für die restliche Laufzeit seines Dienstvertrags bis Ende Januar 2026 beratend zur Verfügung stehen.
