Nakiki SE veröffentlicht vorläufige Finanzinformationen für das Rumpfgeschäftsjahr 2024 Frankfurt, 19.12.2025 – Die Nakiki SE hat vorläufige, ungeprüften Finanzinformationen (GuV, Bilanz, Kapitalflussrechnung) für das Rumpfgeschäftsjahr 2024 (03.04.2024 bis 31.12.2024) auf nakikifinance.com veröffentlicht. Der Abschluss befindet sich derzeit in der finalen Abstimmung mit dem Abschlussprüfer. Das Rumpfgeschäftsjahr 2024 war das erste Berichtsjahr nach Aufhebung des Insolvenzverfahrens der Vorgängergesellschaft. Entsprechend ist die Vergleichbarkeit der finanziellen Kennzahlen und weiterer Informationen sehr eingeschränkt. Im Mittelpunkt der Entwicklung im Berichtsjahr stand die Stabilisierung und Neuaufstellung: Ziel war es, den Börsenmantel im regulierten Markt zu erhalten und zugleich die Grundlage für ein tragfähiges, nachhaltiges neues Geschäftsmodell aufzubauen. Vorstand und Aufsichtsrat der Gesellschaft wurden neu besetzt. Andreas Wegerich, seit Mai 2024 CEO der Nakiki SE: „Die Neuordnung der Gesellschaft einschließlich der Lösung von Altlasten sowie die Erstellung von Abschlüssen haben mehr Zeit gekostet und mehr Ressourcen gebunden, als wir ursprünglich geplant hatten. Umso wichtiger ist, dass wir nun auf einer stabilen Basis stehen und handlungsfähig sind.
