NAKIKI SE: Unternehmen dankt Aufsichtsratsvorsitzendem für Engagement in der Transformationsphase Frankfurt am Main, 09. März 2026 – Die NAKIKI SE (ISIN: DE000WNDL300, DE000A460N46) hat am Freitag per Ad-hoc-Mitteilung darüber informiert, dass der Vorsitzende des Aufsichtsrats, Adrian Fuhrmeister, sein Amt aus persönlichen Gründen mit sofortiger Wirkung niedergelegt hat. Die Gesellschaft bedauert den kurzfristigen Rückzug, zeigt jedoch Verständnis für die persönlichen Gründe dieser Entscheidung. Adrian Fuhrmeister hatte den Vorsitz des Aufsichtsrats seit März 2024 inne und begleitete die Gesellschaft in einer Phase grundlegender Transformation. Andreas Wegerich, Vorstand der NAKIKI SE: „Wir danken Adrian Fuhrmeister für seine Unterstützung in dieser wichtigen Phase unserer strategischen Transformation. Die anstehende Neubesetzung des Aufsichtsrats bietet uns die Möglichkeit, das Gremium noch stärker auf unsere langfristige Entwicklung als Bitcoin-Treasury-Gesellschaft auszurichten.
