Frankfurt am Main, October 24, 2025 – Nakiki SE announces that the publication of the 2024 consolidated financial statements is expected to take place in November 2025. The exact publication date will be announced in advance. As part of the ongoing preparation of the financial statements, the team of tax advisors had to be changed at short notice. One of the “Next Ten” consultancies was newly commissioned. Based on the current status of the consolidated financial statements, it has become apparent that the loss incurred in the first half of 2024 was significantly lower than presented in the published consolidated half-year financial statements for 2024. Against this background, Nakiki SE will publish new consolidated half-year financial statements for 2024 as soon as possible.
