Koblenz, 15. Dezember 2025 – Die Stabilus SE (WKN: STAB1L, ISIN: DE000STAB1L8) hat heute ein Rückkaufprogramm für eigene Aktien („Aktienrückkaufprogramm 2025“) gemäß § 71 Abs. 1 Nr. 8 AktG beschlossen. Es sollen Aktien der Stabilus SE zu einem Gesamtvolumen (ohne Erwerbsnebenkosten) von bis zu 20 Mio. € erworben werden. Auf Basis des derzeitigen Kursniveaus (Xetra Schlusskurs vom 12. Dezember 2025) entspräche dies etwa 4% des Grundkapitals der Gesellschaft.
Der Aktienrückkauf soll unter Mandatierung eines Kreditinstitutes über die Börse durchgeführt werden. Die Aktien können zu sämtlichen gesetzlich zulässigen und in der Ermächtigung der Hauptversammlung vom 15. Februar 2023 genannten Zwecken verwendet werden.
Das Programm soll am 15. Januar 2026 beginnen und bis spätestens 15. Januar 2027 abgeschlossen sein. Der Aktienrückkauf wird sich an den Regelungen der Verordnung (EU) Nr. 596/2014 und der Delegierten Verordnung (EU) 2016/1052, mit Ausnahme der Beschränkungen der in Art. 5 Abs. 2 der Verordnung (EU) Nr. 596/2014 genannten Zwecke orientieren. Weitere Einzelheiten werden von der Stabilus SE vor Beginn des Rückkaufprogramms veröffentlicht.
