EQS-Ad-hoc: SAF-HOLLAND SE / Schlagwort(e): Aktienrückkauf SAF-HOLLAND beschließt Aktienrückkaufprogramm im Volumen von bis zu 40 Mio. Euro Bessenbach (Deutschland), 11. November 2025. Der Vorstand der SAF-HOLLAND SE („Gesellschaft“) hat heute mit Zustimmung des Aufsichtsrats der Gesellschaft beschlossen, unter Ausnutzung der von der Hauptversammlung der Gesellschaft am 10. Juni 2021 erteilten Ermächtigung ein Aktienrückkaufprogramm aufzulegen („Aktienrückkaufprogramm 2025“). Im Rahmen des Aktienrückkaufprogramms 2025 können im Zeitraum von voraussichtlich Ende November 2025 bis zum 31. Dezember 2026 insgesamt bis zu 2.269.715 eigene Aktien der Gesellschaft (dies entspricht bis zu 5 % des Grundkapitals der Gesellschaft) zu einem Gesamtkaufpreis (ohne Erwerbsnebenkosten) von maximal 40 Mio. Euro zurückgekauft werden. Der Aktienrückkauf erfolgt nach Maßgabe der Safe-Harbour-Regelungen des Art. 5 der Verordnung (EU) Nr. 596/2014 des Europäischen Parlaments und des Rates vom 16. April 2014 in Verbindung mit den Bestimmungen der Delegierten Verordnung (EU) 2016/1052 der Kommission vom 8. März 2016. Weitere Details werden vor Beginn des Aktienrückkaufprogramms 2025 von der Gesellschaft separat bekannt gemacht.
