EQS-Ad-hoc: ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE / Schlagwort(e): Personalie Unterföhring, 21. Oktober 2025. Der Aufsichtsrat der ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE hat heute umfassende Veränderungen im Vorstand beschlossen. Marco Giordani, bislang Finanzvorstand (CFO) von MFE-MEDIAFOREUROPE N.V. („MFE“), übernimmt mit sofortiger Wirkung den Vorstandsvorsitz (CEO) der ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE („ProSiebenSat.1“). Bert Habets tritt den CEO-Posten in bestem gegenseitigem Einvernehmen an Marco Giordani ab und wird ihn bis Jahresende bei ProSiebenSat.1 beraten, insbesondere um einen nahtlosen Übergang sicherzustellen. Bob Rajan wird mit sofortiger Wirkung als neuer Finanzvorstand (CFO) zu ProSiebenSat.1 wechseln und folgt auf Martin Mildner, der das Unternehmen in bestem gegenseitigem Einverständnis verlassen wird. Bob Rajan wird die Position auf Interimsbasis übernehmen, um vor allem den Reorganisationsprozess voranzutreiben und die Profitabilität des Unternehmens zu steigern. Darüber hinaus hat Markus Breitenecker, bisher Chief Operating Officer von ProSiebenSat.1, beschlossen, mit sofortiger Wirkung und in bestem gegenseitigem Einvernehmen von seiner Position zurückzutreten; seine Position wird auf Vorstandsebene nicht neu besetzt.
