EQS-Ad-hoc: ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE / Schlagwort(e): Personalie/Hauptversammlung Unterföhring, 24. Januar 2025. Der Aufsichtsratsvorsitzende der ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE, Dr. Andreas Wiele, hat heute Aufsichtsrat und Vorstand der Gesellschaft darüber informiert, dass er nach dem regulären Ablauf seiner Wahlperiode keine weitere Amtszeit als Mitglied und Vorsitzender des Aufsichtsrats anstrebt. Andreas Wiele beabsichtigt daher, mit der Beendigung der ordentlichen Hauptversammlung am 28. Mai 2025 aus dem Aufsichtsrat auszuscheiden. Der Aufsichtsrat und sein Nominierungsausschuss werden nun unmittelbar die Suche nach einer geeigneten Nachfolge einleiten, um der ordentlichen Hauptversammlung im Mai 2025 einen entsprechenden Vorschlag zu unterbreiten.
