EQS-Ad-hoc: PATRIZIA SE / Schlagwort(e): Dividende/Strategische Unternehmensentscheidung Der Verwaltungsrat der PATRIZIA SE hat heute auf Basis eines Vorschlags der geschäftsführenden Direktoren beschlossen, die Dividendenpolitik des Konzerns zu aktualisieren und den Aktionären eine erhöhte Dividende für das Geschäftsjahr 2023 vorzuschlagen.
PATRIZIA schlägt eine Dividende von 0,34 EUR je Aktie für das Geschäftsjahr 2023 vor, was einer Erhöhung von 0,01 EUR oder 3,0% gegenüber dem Vorjahr entspricht. Die Erhöhung ist die sechste Dividendenerhöhung an die Aktionäre in Folge seit Beginn der Dividendenzahlungen im Geschäftsjahr 2017. Die Aktionäre werden auf der Hauptversammlung am 12. Juni 2024 über den Dividendenvorschlag abstimmen. Die neue Dividendenpolitik stützt sich auf die folgenden Säulen: a) PATRIZIA hat das Ziel ihren Aktionären über Marktzyklen hinweg stetig steigende Dividenden auszuschütten, was durch die starke Bilanz und finanzielle Flexibilität des Unternehmens gestützt wird b) Langfristig strebt PATRIZIA an, mehr als 50% des auf die Aktionäre entfallenden Konzernjahresüberschusses in Form von Dividenden auszuschütten Die Anwendung der Dividendenpolitik für zukünftige Jahre ist abhängig von der Bilanzstärke, der Profitabilität und der verfügbaren Liquidität des Konzerns sowie dem allgemeinen Marktumfeld.
