Porsche vollzieht Verkauf der Anteile an Bugatti Rimac und Rimac Group
Stuttgart. Porsche macht bei der Fokussierung auf das Kerngeschäft einen weiteren Schritt. Nach Genehmigung durch die Behörden hat der Sportwagenhersteller am 9. September 2026 den Verkauf seiner Anteile an Bugatti Rimac und an der Rimac Group vollzogen. Die entsprechenden Verträge hatten Porsche und das Erwerber-Konsortium bereits im April 2026 unterzeichnet. Dem Porsche AG Konzern fließen durch den Verkauf Mittel in Höhe von rund 1 Milliarde Euro zu. Aus dem Erlös verwendet das Unternehmen 250 Millionen Euro für eine weitere Ausfinanzierung seiner Pensionsverpflichtungen. Die im Halbjahresfinanzbericht prognostizierte Netto-Cashflow-Marge Automobile enthielt keine Effekte aus Desinvestitionen. Unter Berücksichtigung des genannten Mittelzuflusses und der weiteren Ausfinanzierung der Pensionsverpflichtungen wird für das Geschäftsjahr 2026 eine Erhöhung der Netto-Cashflow-Marge Automobile auf 5,5 bis 7,5 Prozent erwartet (bisherige Prognose: 3 bis 5 Prozent).
