Porsche AG passt Dividende verantwortungsvoll an
Stuttgart. Die Aktionäre der Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG haben auf der ordentlichen Hauptversammlung alle Beschlussvorschläge der Verwaltung zu den Tagesordnungspunkten angenommen. Trotz der aktuellen strategischen Neuausrichtung sowie anhaltender geopolitischer und makroökonomischer Herausforderungen schüttet die Porsche AG für das Geschäftsjahr 2025 eine Dividende von 1,00 Euro je Stammaktie und 1,01 Euro je Vorzugsaktie aus. Dies entspricht einer Gesamtausschüttung von rund 916 Millionen Euro. Dieser Betrag liegt einerseits deutlich über der langfristig angestrebten Ausschüttungsquote von rund 50 Prozent des Konzernergebnisses nach Steuern. In absoluten Zahlen ist die Dividende andererseits niedriger als im Vorjahr. „Das ist eine verantwortungsvolle Entscheidung gegenüber dem Unternehmen und allen Stakeholdern“, betont Vorstandsvorsitzender Dr. Michael Leiters. „Damit sichern wir uns in der Transformationsphase finanzielle Flexibilität und unterstützen konsequent unsere strategische Neuausrichtung.“ Ziel des Managements bleibe es, die Robustheit des Geschäftsmodells nachhaltig zu stärken und langfristig Wert zu schaffen. Zudem hat die Hauptversammlung die im Geschäftsjahr 2025 amtierenden Mitglieder des Vorstands und des Aufsichtsrats für diesen Zeitraum entlastet sowie den vorgelegten Vergütungsbericht gebilligt.
