Düsseldorf, 26. Mai 2026 – Die Lang & Schwarz Aktiengesellschaft hat den Termin für ihre ordentliche Hauptversammlung 2026 festgelegt. Die Hauptversammlung wird aus organisatorischen Gründen am Mittwoch, den 26. August 2026, stattfinden.
Weitere Informationen zur Hauptversammlung, insbesondere die Einberufung mit der Tagesordnung sowie die weiteren gesetzlich erforderlichen Unterlagen, werden den Aktionärinnen und Aktionären fristgerecht und in der gesetzlich vorgesehenen Form zugänglich gemacht.
