Anpassung des Wandlungspreises für die Wandelanleihe der LEG Properties B.V. über 700 Mio. EUR, fällig am 4. September 2030 (ISIN DE000A3L21D1)
Der Wandlungspreis der Anleihe ist aufgrund der Dividendenzahlung für das Geschäftsjahr 2024 gemäß § 10 der Anleihebedingungen angepasst worden, wirksam zum 16. Juni 2025. Der Wandlungspreis beträgt nun 113,0871 EUR (vorher 117,4748 EUR). Die Geschäftsführung LEG Properties B.V.
