Der Aufsichtsratsvorsitzende der flatexDEGIRO SE, Hans-Hermann Lotter, hat sein Amt als Vorsitzender mit sofortiger Wirkung niedergelegt. Er hat den Aufsichtsrat heute im Rahmen einer Aufsichtsratssitzung persönlich über diesen Entschluss informiert. Stefan Müller wurde mit sofortiger Wirkung interimistisch zum Aufsichtsratsvorsitzenden gewählt. Hans-Hermann Lotter wird zudem spätestens am 10. Oktober 2026 aus dem Aufsichtsrat ausscheiden. An diesem Tag wird auch das Aufsichtsratsmitglied Martina Pfeifer das Gremium verlassen. Der Aufsichtsrat wird umgehend die Suche nach geeigneten Kandidaten für den Aufsichtsrat einleiten.
