EQS-Ad-hoc: flatexDEGIRO SE / Schlagwort(e): Personalentscheidungen / Vorstand flatexDEGIRO erweitert Vorstand Der Aufsichtsrat der flatexDEGIRO SE hat in seiner heutigen Sitzung Dr. Benon Janos mit sofortiger Wirkung zum CEO berufen. Gemeinsam mit Oliver Behrens (CEO und Vorstandsvorsitzender) wird er die operative Führung von flatexDEGIRO bilden. Benon Janos übernimmt dabei die operative Verantwortung für den weiteren Ausbau des Online-Brokerage-Geschäfts. Oliver Behrens wird das B2B-Geschäft sowie die Treasury-Aktivitäten von flatexDEGIRO leiten. Zum neuen Chief Financial Officer (CFO) wurde Dr. Thomas Lindner ernannt. Seit seinem Eintritt in das Unternehmen im Jahr 2012 hat er verschiedene Führungspositionen im Finanzbereich von flatexDEGIRO übernommen. Die Bestellung von Thomas Lindner in den Vorstand der flatexDEGIRO SE steht unter dem üblichen Vorbehalt der aufsichtsrechtlichen Beurteilung durch die Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht (Bafin).
