Der Vorstand der flatexDEGIRO SE („flatexDEGIRO" oder die „Gesellschaft") hat in Abstimmung mit dem Aufsichtsrat beschlossen, die Genehmigung eines Aktienrückkaufprogramms bei der Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht (Bafin) zu beantragen, um von der Ermächtigung zum Erwerb eigener Aktien durch die ordentliche Hauptversammlung vom 4. Juni 2024 Gebrauch zu machen. Die Durchführung des Aktienrückkaufprogramms steht gemäß Art. 77, 78 CRR unter dem Vorbehalt der Zustimmung der Bafin. Die Gesellschaft beabsichtigt, ein Aktienrückkaufprogramm mit einem Volumen von bis zu 100 Millionen EUR durchzuführen, sobald die Genehmigung der Bafin vorliegt. Der Vorstand wird den Kapitalmarkt über den Fortgang unterrichten.
