EQS-Ad-hoc: Daimler Truck Holding AG / Schlagwort(e): Aktienrückkauf Leinfelden-Echterdingen – Vorstand und Aufsichtsrat der Daimler Truck Holding AG haben heute die Durchführung eines neuen Aktienrückkaufprogramms beschlossen. Mit Beginn in der zweiten Hälfte des Jahres 2025 sollen eigene Aktien im Wert von bis zu 2 Mrd. € (ohne Erwerbsnebenkosten) über einen Zeitraum von bis zu 2 Jahren erworben werden. Das Aktienrückkaufprogramm basiert auf der Ermächtigung der Hauptversammlung der Daimler Truck Holding AG vom 27. Mai 2025, wonach der Vorstand mit Zustimmung des Aufsichtsrats bis zum 26. Mai 2030 eigene Aktien in einem Umfang von bis zu zehn Prozent des Grundkapitals erwerben darf.
