Juli 2026 – Die Cherry SE („Cherry“ oder die „Gesellschaft“, ISIN: DE000A3CRRN9), hat im Rahmen der am 12. Juni 2026 beschlossenen Bezugsrechtskapitalerhöhung gegen Bareinlagen aus genehmigtem Kapital insgesamt 9.720.000 neue, auf den Inhaber lautende Stückaktien zu einem Bezugspreis von EUR 1,04 je Neuer Aktie platziert. Die Kapitalerhöhung konnte damit im vollen Umfang platziert werden. Entsprechend wird sich das Grundkapital der Gesellschaft um EUR 9.720.000 auf EUR 15.795.000 erhöhen. Vorbehaltlich der Eintragung der Kapitalerhöhung ins Handelsregister, welche kurzfristig beantragt werden soll, hat die Gesellschaft mit der Kapitalerhöhung einen Bruttoemissionserlös von rund EUR 10,1 Millionen erzielt.
