DATAGROUP senkt Prognose für das Geschäftsjahr 2025/2026 Pliezhausen, 13. August 2026 - Die DATAGROUP SE (ISIN DEO00A41YEV7) gibt heute eine aktualisierte Prognose für das Geschäftsjahr 2025/2026 (01.10.2025 bis 30.09.2026) bekannt. In einem wie schon bisher kommuniziert unverändert verhaltenen Marktumfeld wird der Umsatz in einer Bandbreite von 565 bis 575 Mio. EUR und damit auf Vorjahresniveau erwartet (i.Vj.: 566 Mio. EUR). Die Ergebnisentwicklung wird einerseits durch das Marktumfeld und daneben auch durch Sondereffekte, insbesondere im Zusammenhang mit der Umsetzung strategischer Maßnahmen geprägt. Für das EBITDA wird daher ein Wert von 71 bis 74 Mio. EUR geschätzt (i.Vj.: 84,1 Mio. EUR), für das EBIT werden 33 bis 36 Mio. EUR (i. Vj.: 47,3 Mio. EUR) erwartet. Für EBITDA und EBIT hatte DATAGROUP bisher leichte Steigerungen gegenüber dem Vorjahr erwartet. Die Abweichung zur bisherigen Prognose beruht nach jetzigen Einschätzungen im Wesentlichen auf Sondereffekten in Höhe von 10 bis 11 Mio. EUR im Zusammenhang mit den strategischen Maßnahmen. Diese strategischen Maßnahmen stellen Investitionen in Zukunftsfelder dar und dienen nach der angekündigten Seitwärtsbewegung im Umsatz dem künftigen Wachstum.
