Pyramid AG schließt Barkapitalerhöhung mit Bezugsrecht ab und platziert insgesamt 4.015.789 neue Aktien München, 24.04.2026 – Der Vorstand der Pyramid AG („Pyramid“, ISIN DE000A41YDL0) hat heute, mit Zustimmung des Aufsichtsrats, beschlossen, die Kapitalerhöhung gegen Bareinlagen unter teilweiser Ausnutzung des Genehmigten Kapitals und unter Gewährung von Bezugsrechten an die Aktionäre der Gesellschaft durch Ausgabe von bis zu 5.766.968 neuen Aktien zu einem Bezugspreis von EUR 1,38 je Aktie durchzuführen. Im Rahmen der Bezugsfrist vom 08.04.2026 bis zum 21.04.2026 (jeweils einschließlich) wurden von den Aktionären insgesamt 930.789 neue Aktien bezogen, entsprechend einem Bruttoemissionserlös von EUR 1.284.488,82. Während der Bezugsfrist nicht bezogene Aktien wurden anschließend im Rahmen einer Privatplatzierung anderen interessierten Investoren angeboten. Dabei wurden insgesamt 3.085.000 Aktien mit einem Bruttoemissionserlös von EUR 4.257.300 platziert. Das Gesamtvolumen der Kapitalerhöhung beläuft sich damit auf insgesamt 4.015.789 Aktien und einen Bruttoemissionserlös von EUR 5.541.788,82. Die Pyramid AG hat damit ihr Ziel für die Kapitalerhöhung erreicht. Die Lieferung der Neuen Aktien erfolgt nach Eintragung der Durchführung der Kapitalerhöhung in das Handelsregister der Gesellschaft und Herstellung der Girosammelverwahrung der neuen Aktien.
