q.beyond schließt öffentliches Aktienrückkaufangebot erfolgreich ab
Köln, 5. Oktober 2026. Die q.beyond AG hat das am 28. August 2026 veröffentlichte öffentliche Aktienrückkaufangebot erfolgreich abgeschlossen. Bis zum Ablauf der Annahmefrist wurden der Gesellschaft insgesamt 4.878.907 Aktien wirksam angedient. Das Angebot umfasste den Rückerwerb von bis zu 2.491.589 Aktien der Gesellschaft und stieß auf eine hohe Nachfrage; letztendlich war das Aktienrückkaufangebot deutlich überzeichnet. Deshalb wurden die Annahmeerklärungen gemäß den Bestimmungen der Angebotsunterlage verhältnismäßig berücksichtigt. Die Zuteilungsquote beträgt 51,07 %. Insgesamt erwirbt q.beyond 2.490.905 eigene Aktien. Dies entspricht rund 10 % aller Aktien der Gesellschaft. Der Gesamtkaufpreis für die zurückerworbenen Aktien beläuft sich auf rund 9,42 Mio. € bei einem Angebotspreis von 3,78 € je Aktie. q.beyond-CEO Thies Rixen erklärt: „Der Kauf eigener Aktien war angesichts der aktuellen Bewertung die beste Möglichkeit, unsere hohe Nettoliquidität einzusetzen. Unsere beschleunigte KI-Transformation stärkt derzeit die Basis für eine steigende Profitabilität und eröffnet unserer Aktie neue Perspektiven. Ich bin daher überzeugt, dass sich diese Investition für q.beyond und unsere Aktionärinnen und Aktionäre auszahlen wird.“ Das Settlement und damit die Kaufpreiszahlung an die Depotbanken wird voraussichtlich am 7. Oktober 2026 erfolgen. Die Aktien, die bei der Allokation nicht berücksichtigt werden konnten, werden in die ursprüngliche ISIN DE000A41YDG0 zurückgebucht.
