The Platform Group stellt Aktienbestand auf Namensaktien um - Neue ISIN DE000A40ZW88, WKN A40ZW8 Düsseldorf, 08. Januar 2026. Die The Platform Group SE & Co. KGaA (ISIN DE000A40ZW88, WKN A40ZW8, „TPG“), ein europaweit tätiges Softwareunternehmen, stellt ihren Aktienbestand von Inhaberaktien auf Namensaktien um. Die Umstellung wurde bereits in der Mitteilung vom 15. Dezember 2025 im Zusammenhang mit dem Rechtsformwechsel angekündigt. Mit der Umstellung führt die Gesellschaft ein elektronisches Aktienregister ein. Die Maßnahme stärkt die Transparenz der Aktionärsstruktur, modernisiert die Kapitalmarktprozesse und unterstützt einen direkten und effizienten Aktionärsdialog. Die Umstellung erfolgt im Verhältnis 1:1 und wird automatisch über die Depotbanken umgesetzt. Für Aktionärinnen und Aktionäre besteht kein Handlungsbedarf. Ab Donnerstag, 8. Januar 2026, werden die Aktien der Gesellschaft als Namensaktien an der Börse gehandelt. Der letzte Handelstag der bisherigen Inhaberaktien war Mittwoch, 7. Januar 2026. Die technische Einbuchung in den Depots erfolgt am Montag, 12. Januar 2026. Mit der Umstellung gelten ab dem 8. Januar 2026 die neue ISIN DE000A40ZW88 und die neue WKN A40ZW8. Mit der Einführung von Namensaktien schafft die The Platform Group eine stabile, moderne und zukunftsorientierte Grundlage für eine transparente Kapitalmarktkommunikation und eine langfristig ausgerichtete Aktionärsstruktur.
