innoscripta SE startet Expansion nach Großbritannien - Erster britischer Kunde im Softwarebereich gewonnen - UK neben Frankreich größter Markt für F&E-Steuerförderung in Europa
Tutzing, 29. Juli 2026 – Die innoscripta SE („innoscripta", ISIN: DE000A40QVM8) setzt ihre Internationalisierung nach dem Markteintritt in Frankreich (vgl. News vom 15.04.2026) mit dem Start in Großbritannien fort. Vor Ort startet ein erfahrenes, fokussiertes Vertriebsteam. Bereits zum Marktstart wurde der erste Kunde gewonnen: Ein Softwareunternehmen mit mittlerem achtstelligem Umsatz nutzt die SaaS-Plattform Clusterix – welche vollständig an die britischen regulatorischen Anforderungen angepasst ist – für die Beantragung der steuerlichen F&E-Förderung. Clusterix erfasst F&E-Projekte, Arbeitszeiten und Kosten systematisch und erstellt daraus eine lückenlose, prüfungssichere Dokumentation – ein entscheidender Vorteil, da die britische Steuerbehörde HMRC ihre Anforderungen an den Nachweis förderfähiger F&E-Aktivitäten in den vergangenen Jahren deutlich verschärft hat. Weitere Abschlüsse befinden sich in fortgeschrittenen Gesprächen; das Vertriebsteam und die Kundenbasis sollen bis Jahresende deutlich ausgebaut werden. Das Vereinigte Königreich ist mit rd. 8,7 Mrd. Euro jährlicher F&E-Steuergutschriften (ca. 0,3 % des BIP) rund siebenmal größer als der deutsche Markt und damit neben Frankreich einer der volumenstärksten Märkte in Europa.
