München, den 03. November 2025 – Die innoscripta SE (ISIN: DE000A40QVM8, „das Unternehmen“), ein führender Anbieter cloudbasierter Softwarelösungen für die steuerliche Förderung von Forschung und Entwicklung (F&E) in Deutschland, veröffentlicht ihre Ergebnisse für das dritte Quartal 2025.
Im dritten Quartal 2025 konnte das Unternehmen Umsatz und Ergebnis weiter steigern: * Konzernumsatz: 70,7 Mio. € (Q3/2024: 39,2 Mio. €) à +80,3 % * Konzern-EBIT: 40,8 Mio. € (Q3/2024: 20,8 Mio. €) à +96,3 % * Konzern-EBIT-Marge: 57,8 % (Q3/2024: 53,1 %) * Konzernergebnis nach Steuern: 27,9 Mio. € (Q3/2024: 14,0 Mio. €) à +98,6 % Das Wachstum wurde insbesondere durch die Optimierung digitaler Prozesse, die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Clusterix-Plattform sowie den gezielten Ausbau von Skalierbarkeit und Effizienz erzielt.
