München, 17. Juni 2025 – Die beiden Hauptaktionäre der innoscripta SE, Michael Hohenester (über die Hohenester Beteiligungs-UG) und Alexander Meyer (über die Meyer Beteiligungs-UG), haben angekündigt, in begrenztem Umfang Aktien der innoscripta SE über die Börse zu erwerben. Geplant ist ein Gesamtvolumen von bis zu EUR 12 Mio., aufgeteilt auf EUR 10 Mio. durch die Hohenester Beteiligungs-UG und EUR 2 Mio. durch die Meyer Beteiligungs-UG. Die erworbenen Aktien unterliegen uneingeschränkt den bestehenden Lock-up-Verpflichtungen und können daher frühestens nach Ablauf der jeweiligen Fristen aus dem IPO veräußert werden. Eine etwaige spätere Veräußerung wird nur bei einer substanziellen und nachhaltigen Erholung des Aktienkurses gegenüber dem IPO-Platzierungspreis von EUR 120 in Betracht gezogen, wobei auf eine marktverträgliche Erhöhung des Freefloats geachtet wird. Die Maßnahme erfolgt ausschließlich aus privaten Mitteln der Gesellschafter und ist Ausdruck ihres langfristigen Vertrauens in das Geschäftsmodell und die Perspektiven der innoscripta SE.
