EQS-Ad-hoc: Avemio AG / Schlagwort(e): Sonstiges Veröffentlichung einer Insiderinformation nach Artikel 17 der Verordnung (EU) Nr. 596/2014 Mainz-Kastel, 30. März 2026 – Der Vorstand der Avemio AG (ISIN DE000A40KY59, Ticker AV2) hat heute mit Zustimmung des Aufsichtsrats beschlossen, die Einstellung der Notiz der Aktien der Gesellschaft im Freiverkehrssegment Primärmarkt der Börse Düsseldorf zu beantragen. Der entsprechende Antrag soll kurzfristig bei der Börse Düsseldorf gestellt werden. Die Einbeziehung der Aktie in den allgemeinen Freiverkehr der Börse Düsseldorf bleibt hiervon unberührt. Die Aktie wird auch nach Einstellung der Notiz im Primärmarkt weiterhin im allgemeinen Freiverkehr gehandelt. Ebenso bleiben die Rechte der bestehenden Aktionäre unverändert bestehen. Der Vorstand hat die Vor- und Nachteile einer weiteren Einbeziehung in den Primärmarkt sorgfältig geprüft. Vor dem Hintergrund der aktuellen Unternehmenssituation sind derzeit keine Kapitalmaßnahmen geplant, die eine Notiz in diesem Segment erfordern würden. Der geplante Segmentwechsel ermöglicht eine spürbare Reduzierung des Compliance- und Kostenaufwands. Eine erneute Einbeziehung in ein qualifiziertes Marktsegment bleibt bei entsprechender Unternehmensentwicklung grundsätzlich möglich.
