Berlin, 16. Juni 2025 - Der Vorstand der The Grounds Real Estate Development AG („Gesellschaft“ / ISIN: DE000A40KXL9) befindet sich in Gesprächen mit der H.I.G. Capital Gruppe, zu der auch die Hauptaktionärin der Gesellschaft zählt, über die mögliche Übernahme des Asset Managements für einzelne Gesellschaften der insolventen Ziegert-Gruppe. Das Zustandekommen einer entsprechenden Vereinbarung setzt - neben einer Einigung der Parteien - selbstverständlich den positiven Ausgang des laufenden Fusionskontrollverfahrens vor dem Bundeskartellamt bezüglich der Übernahme dieser Ziegert-Gesellschaften durch die H.I.G. Capital Gruppe voraus.
