EQS-Ad-hoc: The Grounds Real Estate Development AG / Schlagwort(e): Anleihe/Sonstiges Die The Grounds Real Estate Development AG („The Grounds“ / ISIN: DE000A40KXL9) hat sich mit einem Fondsvehikel, das von H.I.G. Capital gemanagt wird („Investor“), auf eine Änderung der von dem Investor in 2023/2024 begebenen Anleihe in einem Volumen von EUR 17 Mio. in eine Hybrid-Anleihe geeinigt. Das führt zu einem Ausweis der Anleihe als Eigenkapital im IFRS-Konzernabschluss. Konkret wurde die Laufzeit der Anleihe auf unendlich geändert und eine Rückzahlung erfolgt nur auf Initiative der Gesellschaft. Die Sicherheiten entfallen und die Anleihe wird nachrangig ausgestaltet.
