The Grounds übernimmt Asset Management für Gesellschaften der Ziegert-Gruppe und bestätigt Umsatz- und Ergebnisprognose für 2025 Berlin, 21. August 2025 – Die The Grounds Real Estate Development AG (The Grounds / ISIN: DE000A40KXL9) hat, wie bereits in der Ad-hoc-Mitteilung vom 16. Juni 2025 in Aussicht gestellt, Verträge zur Übernahme des Asset Managements im Auftrag der H.I.G. Capital Gruppe für Gesellschaften der insolventen Ziegert-Gruppe abgeschlossen. Diese Gesellschaften halten insgesamt rund 1.100 Wohn- und Gewerbeeinheiten mit einem Bruttovermögenswert (GAV) von rund 660 Mio. EUR. The Grounds wird für die betreffenden Gesellschaften künftig sämtliche Asset-Management-Dienstleistungen erbringen, insbesondere in den Bereichen Verkauf, Bausteuerung, Buchhaltung und Finanzierung. Für das Geschäftsjahr 2025 rechnet The Grounds weiterhin mit einem Konzernumsatz zwischen 9 Mio. EUR und 11 Mio. EUR sowie einem ausgeglichenem Konzern-EBIT. Grund hierfür ist, dass der in die Prognose für 2025 einbezogene Bruttoergebnisbeitrag aus dem Besserungsschein für die Logistikimmobilien in Hangelsberg infolge einer inhaltlichen Auseinandersetzung mit dem Käufer in Frage steht. Die daraus resultierenden negativen Ergebniseffekte können jedoch nach aktueller Einschätzung durch das neu hinzugekommene Dienstleistungsgeschäft im Asset-Management ausgeglichen werden. Dieses wird für 2025 voraussichtlich einen Nettoumsatz von mehr als 3 Mio. EUR sowie einen positiven EBIT-Beitrag von mehr als 1 Mio. EUR generieren.
