Vorläufige Geschäftszahlen für das Jahr 2025
Die im Prime Standard der Deutschen Börse AG notierte Einhell Germany AG (ISIN: DE 000A40ESU3) gibt folgendes bekannt:
Der Einhell-Konzern erzielte nach Vorlage der vorläufigen Geschäftszahlen im abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahr erneut einen Rekordumsatz. Der Konzernumsatz für das Jahr 2025 beträgt 1.157,7 Mio. EUR gegenüber 1.109,7 Mio. EUR im Vorjahr.
Ebenso erzielte der Einhell-Konzern in 2025 ein Rekordergebnis vor Ertragsteuern in Höhe von 107,9 Mio. EUR (i. Vj. 98,5 Mio. EUR). Die Rendite vor Steuern beträgt 9,3% (i. Vj. 8,9%). Das Konzernergebnis lag somit über der erwarteten Prognose.
Vor PPA wird das Ergebnis vor Steuern 110,6 Mio. EUR betragen.
Der Einhell-Konzern verfügt weiterhin über eine sehr solide Bilanzstruktur mit einer Eigenkapitalquote von ca. 50%.
Für das Jahr 2026 wird mit Umsätzen in Höhe von ca. 1.200 Mio. EUR sowie einer Rendite vor Steuern in Höhe von ca. 9,0 % gerechnet.
