Vorläufige Geschäftszahlen für das Jahr 2024 Deutliche Erhöhung der Dividende
Die im Prime Standard der Deutschen Börse AG notierte Einhell Germany AG (ISIN: DE 000A40ESU3) gibt folgendes bekannt:
Der Einhell-Konzern erzielte nach Vorlage der vorläufigen Geschäftszahlen im abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahr erneut einen Rekordumsatz. Der Konzernumsatz für das Jahr 2024 beträgt 1.108,5 Mio. EUR gegenüber 971,5 Mio. EUR im Vorjahr.
Ebenso erzielte der Einhell-Konzern in 2024 ein Rekordergebnis vor Ertragsteuern in Höhe von 98,5 Mio. EUR (i. Vj. 75,4 Mio. EUR). Die Rendite vor Steuern beträgt 8,9% (i. Vj. 7,8%). Vor PPA wird das Ergebnis vor Steuern 100,1 Mio. EUR betragen.
Der Einhell-Konzern verfügt weiterhin über eine sehr solide Bilanzstruktur mit einer Eigenkapitalquote von ca. 45%.
Für das Jahr 2025 wird mit Umsätzen in Höhe von 1.150 Mio. EUR - 1.175 Mio. EUR sowie einer Rendite vor Steuern in Höhe 8,5 - 9,0 % gerechnet.
Aufgrund der sehr guten Geschäftsentwicklung haben der Aufsichtsrat und der Vorstand entschieden der Hauptversammlung eine deutlich höhere Dividende vorzuschlagen.
Gemäß diesem Vorschlag wird der Hauptversammlung eine erhöhte Dividende von 1,50 Euro je Vorzugsaktie (i. Vj. 0,97 Euro) und 1,48 Euro je Stammaktie (i. Vj. 0,95 Euro) vorgeschlagen.
