Januar 2025 – Nach ersten vorläufigen Auswertungen wird die Pentixapharm Holding AG das Geschäftsjahr 2024 mit einem Verlust von etwa 14 Millionen EUR abschließen. In der Summe sind neben dem operativen Verlust von 7 Millionen EUR auch nicht-zahlungswirksame Wertberichtigungen für immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände enthalten. Sie resultieren aus der Einstellung von Entwicklungsprojekten bei der Tochterfirma Myelo Therapeutics GmbH, die bisher hauptsächlich durch Förderprogramme von verschiedenen US-Regierungsstellen finanziert wurde. Nach Einschätzung von Vorstand und Aufsichtsrat haben sich durch den Regierungswechsel in den Vereinigten Staaten die Rahmenbedingungen für eine Amortisierung deutlich verschlechtert, da bisherige Förderprogramme gestrichen oder nicht verlängert wurden.
