EQS-Ad-hoc: Nagarro SE / Schlagwort(e): Personalie München, 20. März 2025 – Der Vorsitzende des Aufsichtsrats der Nagarro SE (die „Gesellschaft“), Herr Carl Georg Dürschmidt, hat der Gesellschaft heute seinen Wunsch mitgeteilt, sein Amt als Mitglied und Vorsitzender des Aufsichtsrats der Gesellschaft mit Wirkung zum 1. Mai 2025, d. h. in sechs Wochen, niederzulegen. Aufsichtsrat und Vorstand sind diesem Wunsch nachgekommen. Die Gesellschaft wird sich mit der Nachfolge von Herrn Dürschmidt befassen und im Zuge der ohnehin anstehenden Wahlen zum Aufsichtsrat in der ordentlichen Hauptversammlung am 25. Juni 2025 der Hauptversammlung einen geeigneten Nachfolger vorschlagen.
